How Real Rank works?!

RealRanker is the first marketing search engine built to rank a website's advertising value. We are in the Beta stages with many more features being developed.

Unlike most ranking systems, RealRanker does not rely on outside search engine data such as Google, Yahoo, or MSN to determine Real Rank. No webmaster intervention is required to be ranked; this is done by our own search engine crawler. This insures an objective ranking system, uninfluenced by third parties.

Each website is assigned a Real Rank ranging from 0 to 100, which makes 100 being the best. RealRanker checks similar factors that major search engines use when determining which sites are listed on top, as well as as websites that are stacked at the bottom. Using this Real Rank, advertisers and webmasters alike can determine which sites are best suited to advertise on, along with the value of those ads.

Some factors RealRanker uses to determine Real Rank of websites:

  • - Number and relevance of incoming and outgoing text links.
  • - Theme of website compared to themes of linked websites.
  • - Importance and strength of websites linking to another website.
  • - Website stability based on age and ownership of domain.
  • - Content stability based on frequency of updates and theme stability.

  • neg - Website associated with spam.
  • neg - Website publicly sells text links. Putting all ads on that site in question.
  • neg - Questionable links. Directory-only, Same IPs, Bad neighborhoods, Off-topic.
  • neg - Excessive duplicate content. Search engines favor unique content.
  • neg - Excessive outgoing text links. This dilutes the effectiveness of your ad.
  • pos - High percentage of natural incoming links.
  • pos - Theme matches most of the linked websites.
  • pos - Links from well-known or authority sites, such as .edu, .gov, .mil
  • pos - Unique, original content, updated frequently.
  • pos - Stable website and content.
